Aims and content of Workshop
This event aims to encourage systematic thinking about innovation across the ALNAP membership. It will attempt to achieve this by the following 2 steps approach:

Step one. Presenting the evidence and learning from recent experiences.

Step two. Practical steps for prioritising innovations within organisations.

Participants
The day is aimed at operational decisional makers and practitioners from across ALNAP's Membership, and members are encouraged to identify those who will most benefit from an opportunity to step back and think hard about how to encourage and support innovation in their organisations.

In order to facilitate detailed discussion and interaction, places are limited to thirty participants.
