An external evaluation of a 21-month USAID/OFDA project implemented in Chipinge district in Zimbabwe. The External Evaluation Team undertook a comprehensive assessment of project results, stakeholder consultations and community visits and focused group discussions. The team concluded that overall the project made a positive contribution to the project goal and specific objectives as tracked by key logframe indicators.
