Objectives: To map and document the organisation in regards to the areas: organisational structure, management of activities, administrative systems and routines, personell administration and financial control; to make an assessment on Plan's capacity to implement effective emergency relief programmes (ERP), including an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats identified from the ERP performed in Pakistan October 2005 to September 2006; to assess under which circumstances Plan is an efficient future partner for Sida regarding emergency relief programmes.
