Objectives: To evaluate the activities of the STCCRP and SAIL projects against the outputs and indicators in the logical framework according to the six criteria, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and coordination and coherence, and consider how good practices and/or adherence to humanitarian principles and standards have been incorporated into the projects.

Criteria: Efficiency, Effectiveness, Impact, Sustainability, Coherence, Relevance, Co-ordination
