IFRC Under Secretary General reacts to State of Humanitarian System report

Matthias Schmale, Under Secretary General, Programme Services, was interviewed at the Geneva launch of the State of the Humanitarian System report, on what the key findings mean for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Schmale touches on lack of engagement with local communities, the blurring division between development and humanitarian responses and building resilience. Read the report here.
