INVITATION TO TENDER: SIMULATION FOR HUMANITARIANS

Oxfam GB is looking for a group of consultant or a company to develop and implement four simulation exercises for humanitarian staff benefitting from the Context programme in Bangladesh, DRC, Jordan and Kenya.
The Context programme is currently being implemented under the consortium of the Talent Development project. It is one of several capacity development projects in the Disasters and Emergencies Preparedness Programme (DEPP), funded by the Department for International Development (DfID) and managed by the Start Network. The three-year project aims to build the capacity of national humanitarian workers in East Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
The role of the supplier is to ensure the development of the material and implementation of the simulation in collaboration with Oxfam project manager.
The contract is expected to commence in August 2017 until completion in September.
