The British Red Cross has an exciting opportunity in the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (PMEAL) Advisory team.

You will work within a team of regionally-aligned PMEAL Advisers to lead, manage, facilitate and enable BRC-supported programmes and our partner National Societies to strengthen their approaches to planning, monitoring, accountability, evaluation, and learning, as well as leading/contributing to initiatives to strengthen BRC’s overall approach to quality programming.

You will be located in the Performance & Accountability (P&A) Department (UK office), reporting to the Senior PMEAL Adviser.

Overseas experience in the humanitarian or development sector is essential, as will be your considerable practical experience in programme planning, M&E and learning particularly in a partnership context.

This role will involve international travel for up to 90 days per year and may require you to work in a physically demanding environment.
