Anna-Louise Van der Merwe

Anna-Louise joined ALNAP in 2023. Prior to leading a charity in England for 7 years, Anna-Louise spent 15 years working in humanitarian response and development across the globe.

During this time Anna-Louise worked both in programme implementation and in operations with a particular focus on donor relations. Anna-Louise's international and national experience in working for non-profits has made her a strong advocate for learning and evidence-based change in the sector.

Anna-Louise specialises in member relations, budgeting and planning.
