The evaluation assessed to what extent Australia's investments in protection in humanitarian action in the Pacific have been timely, effective and appropriate. The evaluation also outlined lessons and recommendations that may inform DFAT's future investments in – and management of – disaster preparedness and response and policy advocacy for protection in humanitarian action in the Pacific.
