This evaluation is an independent assessment of the UNFPA overall response to the Syria humanitarian crisis including its contribution to the Whole of Syria approach. The evaluation particularly draws lessons from UNFPA past and current Syria humanitarian crisis responses and recommends the way forward for future humanitarian responses, both in the sub region and elsewhere. The evaluation covers all UNFPA humanitarian interventions targeting populations affected by the conflict in Syria from 2011 to 2018, both within Syria and in neighboring countries (Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey).

Note: The EQA can currently be found under 'methodology' and the executive board paper under ' terms of reference' while tailored fields are being developed.
