The overall objective of this evaluation was: to evaluate the results of the 'Sustainable Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) implementation in Northern Nigeria' programme in terms of coverage, coherence, effectiveness and sustainability; evaluate the progress from previous evaluation recommendations (Aug. 2011); assess how ACF has adapted its programming monitoring and implementation to changes in the security situation in the past 12 months; provide recommendations for ACF’s future strategy taking into consideration the likely continuation of current situation.
