An external evaluation of an ECHO-funded programme, the objective of which was to strengthen food access and mitigate the spread of water-borne disease through appropriate interventions in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. The evaluation uses the DAC criteria and provides recommendations for future programmes.
