The “Scale Up, Build Up” project was implemented in consortium with CARE Netherlands, Plan International, OXFAM, Christian Aid, Handicap International and ACF International as the lead of the consortium, from the 1st of June 2012 up to the 30th of December 2013. The main purpose of this evaluation was to assess the relevance and the impact of the project in addition of documenting the Consortium approach, and provide strategic recommendations afterwards.
