The Facilitator Notes for HR Managers are designed as part of the Short Training on Addressing Staff Retention & Improving Staff Engagement, from the People In Aid and the ECB Project's‘Addressing Retention In The Horn of Africa Project’.

The purpose of this training is to support the application, development and dissemination of the findings of the People in Aid / ECB research on retention and staff engagement in 2009.
