Download evaluation report

Summary

The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the Resilient Neighborhood (BR) project's approach from relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, and impact, providing credible and evidence-based responses to the evaluation questions (EQs).

The evaluation covered the period from September 2017 to December 2021 considering that it has an extension until September 30, 2022. This study offers several suggestions on necessary corrections and adjustments towards an expansion and/or extension of the project.

These findings will also be used to implement improvements in future project designs from the approach implemented in Honduras: similarly, it may be of interest to USAID/BHA and other groups related to the experience of reconfiguring informal human settlements.
