On 9th of November, the Estonian Refugee Council hosted an international humanitarian assistance conference in Tallinn.
The conference focused on macro-trends in humanitarian action:
1. humanitarian assistance becoming more cash-based
2. the growing importance of data-based and digitalized approaches
3. the localisation of response
