Putting learning to work: Voices from ALNAP’s first 25 years

At ALNAP we believe that rigorous evidence and shared learning enable humanitarians to deliver better outcomes for people affected by crisis. As we come to the end of our 25th anniversary year, we asked a range of humanitarians to tell us how they’ve used ALNAP’s resources and to share the impact ALNAP has had during their careers.

Whether it’s local actors constructing transformative arguments, diverse groups discussing new approaches, or practitioners being able to access timely and useful information, these testimonials illustrate how ALNAP’s learning network gives humanitarians what they need to put learning to work. They also highlight the ways in which the international humanitarian system urgently needs to change.
