This Inter-Agency Humanitarian Evaluation (IAHE) of the response to the emergency in the
Central African Republic covers the period from the declaration of a Level 3 (L3) emergency on 11 December 2013 until July 2015. Triggered by the L3, the evaluation was conducted from June to November 2015.

Its objectives are to provide accountability to all stakeholders, contribute to humanitarian learning and offer strategic advice to the Humanitarian Coordinator/ Humanitarian Country Team (HC/HCT) and the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC).
